Weekly Special Rules and Regulations
ü Payments: Non-refundable payment of the amount for at least one week due in full no later than the start of the first week. Please note that guests may, since it will probably result in a savings, choose to pay the lower weekly rate for a stay of fewer than seven days, but they must still pay for a minimum of one week. When guests are staying for a definite length of time longer than one week, full payment for the entire stay, non-refundable, is due upon arrival. When guests are staying for an indefinite period of time, payment for each additional week is due by 11 a.m. of the first day of the subsequent week. Beginning with the second week of an indefinite stay, partial payments may be allowed, although there are additional charges in many cases. Further details will be supplied upon request.

No Refunds or Adjustments:
There will be no discounts, refunds, prorating, or other adjustments based upon early departures or unused nights, no refunds of any advance payments or deposits made in order to hold a room, and no refunds if a guest is asked to leave. Unused nights may not be used by other guests. Once a guest leaves, unused nights are forfeited and management may rent the unit to someone else. If a guest pays for the weekly special for fewer than seven nights, the stay may be extended for the additional nights up to seven only if the same unit remains available.

Maximum Length of Stay:
Availability is guaranteed for the length of time for which payment has been made provided the guest continues to comply with all rules and regulations. When a stay is for an indefinite period of time, we will do our best to continue to keep the unit available for subsequent weeks if a guest has indicated a desire to stay, but we can make no guarantees. Guests should keep us posted as to their plans. Please note that indefinite stays, known as "weeklies," are on a week-to-week basis, not by the month or longer and advance payments are not normally accepted. If an advance payment is made for a future length of time, the stay becomes definite for that period of time and the payment becomes non-refundable.

Discounts and Taxes:
NO senior or other discounts apply to weeklies. Regular lodging tax applies regardless of length of stay.

Number of Persons:
Two people per double bed. No more except for children three or under. Except for children three or under, all guests must have bed space -- no sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc.

Pets:
NO pets allowed ANYWHERE on the property at ANY time.
ü
Gatherings, Parties, Visitors, etc.:
No parties, no loud gatherings, no unregistered people on the property unless we are notified. Guests must be respectful of others at all times.

Vehicles:
Normally ONE per guest. Speed limit is 5 mph.

Cooking and Appliances:
ONLY the appliances we provide may be used -- NO other cooking, inside or outside without permission -- no other appliances of any kind without permission. This covers not only cooking and refrigeration equipment but also TV equipment, computers, phone equipment, etc. NO additional appliances of any kind may be hooked up or used by guests without permission.

Possessions/Furniture:
Please limit the number of possessions in the room so that it does not become cluttered and please leave the furniture where it is -- do NOT rearrange the room.

Cleaning and Supplying (Limited Daily Maid Service):
We MUST get into the room each day between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to check it. We will take out the garbage, supply toilet paper and soap, and do minor cleaning as necessary. We do NOT make the bed, but we expect the bed to be straightened by the guest and we expect the room to be kept neat and clean. Clean towels supplied twice per week. Bedding changed once per week.

Phone Calls:
The guest phone line is shared by all guests, so guests are asked to restrict outgoing calls to two minutes and limit the number of calls. Incoming calls should also be restricted because they come into the office. There is NO way for guests to receive incoming calls in their rooms. We deliver messages as soon as possible, but not
during the night, and we are not responsible for the timely delivery of messages. If guests need to place or receive a lot of phone calls, they are requested to get a cell phone. In the event of an emergency, there is a nighttime emergency number posted on the motel door.

Children/Playing:
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian -- NOT babysitters or older siblings, and they may NOT be on the property by themselves at any time. No ball playing, bike riding, skateboard riding, etc. by children or adults.

Mail/Guest Status:
Guests may NOT have mail delivered to the motel without our permission and may NOT use or list the motel address as their place of "residence" for ANY reason. Guests are temporarily renting a motel room -- the motel is NOT their "residence."
