* Summer vs. Winter -  Our Cabins open in approximately mid-May and remain open until approximately mid-October each year. When the Cabins are Open, the Summer Rates Apply to all units including Motel Rooms. When the Cabins are Closed, only Motel Rooms are available and the Winter Rates Apply.

** The rate per night for the first two nights is as indicated. The third night and following is $10 less than that indicated, provided the stay is continuous and the nights are consecutive and full payment has been made at check-in. If full payment was not made at check-in, the normal nightly rate is charged for each night. Note: After approximately three nights, the "Weekly Special" will be found to be more economical and guests are encouraged to opt for that instead of the nightly rate.

> Please note that any Cabins described elsewhere in this website that are not listed in the above rates are closed until further notice and therefore are not available.

> Discounts available for seniors and for active or retired military personnel with ID.  Discounts do NOT apply to Weekly Specials.

> All rates subject to the 7% Maine lodging tax regardless of the length of stay.  Should the tax rate change, guests will be charged at the rate current as of the date each payment is made.

> Deposits may be required for some reservations. Some deposits may be specified to be non-refundable.
